Background: Tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) (also designated cachectin),
TNF-α(also designated lymphotoxin), TALL-1(also designated BAFF, THANK, or
BLYS ),glucocorticoid-induced TNF-related ligand (GITRL), and a
proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL) are members of the TNF cytokine family.
TNF-α and TNF-α exhibit approximately 30% sequence homology and bind to a
common receptor complex. TNF-α is produced as a membrane precursor bound
form. TNF-α is secreted as a mature 25 kDa factor.TALL-1,a potent B cell
stimulatory factor, is functionally involved in B cell proliferation. GITRL is a 20 kDa
polypeptide that is found on vascular endothelial cells and in several peripheral
tissues (small intestine,ovary,testis and kidney )where it may modulate T
lymphocyte survival. APRIL is implicated in the regulation of infections, inflammation,
autoimmune dises, and tissue homeostasis.

Storage: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The
lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for
greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M
PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
