To determine the antioxidant indexes, a 10 % liver/PBS (0.01 mol/L, pH = 7.2–7.4) homogenate was first prepared. The liver SOD, GSH-Px, GST, CAT, GSH and MDA levels were determined using ELISA kits,and T-AOC and H2O2 levels were determined by colorimetry.
